Orlando, Fla. and the 3,600-acre New
Providence Development Company in Nassau,
Bahamas. When finished, these valuable fully-entitled
land holdings will yield residential and commercial
spaces fully capable of “place-making” that is so well
integrated that they can support town environments
of their own.
