Employing best practices in land-use planning, design and development, Tavistock Group is creating vibrant, master-planned communities on our land holdings through the thoughtful integration of homes, neighborhoods, schools, trails, recreational amenities, modern underground infrastructure, and retail and commercial offerings. We are currently developing two primary regional projects: the 7,000-acre Lake Nona region in southeast Orlando, Florida and 3,600 acres on the western end of New Providence.
